• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country or territory in which the use of online gambling services is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.

To register and maintain an as777 account, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are registering as an individual in your own personal capacity, not on behalf of any third party or legal entity;
• You are not a resident of, or accessing as777 from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• You have not previously had an as777 account suspended, terminated, or closed for breach of these Terms;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of as777 or its affiliate entities;

To create an as777 account, you must complete the registration form accurately and truthfully, providing your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Pakistani mobile number. You must create a unique username and a secure password of sufficient complexity. as777 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any registration detail at any time.

Registration of accounts on behalf of other persons, or using fictitious names, pseudonyms, or stolen identity documents, is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. as777 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in the investigation of fraudulent registrations.

Each individual may hold only one as777 account. Deliberately creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all related accounts and the forfeiture of all associated balances. If you discover you have accidentally registered a duplicate account, contact as777 support immediately at [email protected] before using either account.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your as777 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances. as777 will never ask you to reveal your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any person claiming to be as777 support who asks for your password should be treated as a fraudulent third party.

You must notify as777 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any suspected compromise of your credentials. as777 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their login information.

as777 is required to verify the identity of all registered Players before processing withdrawal requests. Deposits funded using proceeds of illegal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and the funds withheld.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are available to Players who have completed identity verification and have no outstanding compliance holds on their account. Withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 15 minutes during normal business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal against a genuine as777 transaction constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension. as777 actively disputes fraudulent chargebacks and cooperates with payment providers and relevant authorities to recover funds in such cases. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. as777 clearly states the wagering multiplier for each bonus at the point of offer. Wagers placed on certain game categories — as specified per promotion — may not contribute, or may contribute at a reduced rate, toward wagering requirement completion.

• Creating accounts on behalf of, or for the benefit of, a third party;

All content on the as777 Platform — including but not limited to software, game code, visual design, logos, trademarks, brand names, graphics, databases, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of as777 or its licensed third-party providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use, copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any as777 intellectual property without the prior written consent of as777.

The as777 name and logo are registered or unregistered trademarks. Unauthorised use of the as777 brand — including in social media usernames, domain registrations, or marketing materials — is strictly prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement.

The as777 Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, as777 excludes all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

as777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds resulting from your own negligence in protecting account credentials; interruptions or errors in the Platform caused by third-party payment processors or internet service providers; or losses incurred as a result of your own gambling decisions.

Where as777's liability cannot be excluded by law, as777's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.

as777 provides all registered Players with access to the following responsible gaming tools, available at no cost from account settings:

Where changes are material, as777 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email to the address registered on your account, or by prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of as777 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform before the effective date of the amendment and may request account closure and withdrawal of your balance. as777 will not restrict a Player's ability to withdraw their Real Money Balance solely because they disagree with an amendment.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which as777 holds its international gaming license. In the event of a dispute between you and as777, you should first contact as777 customer support in writing, setting out the nature of your complaint in full. as777 will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.

If a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through as777's internal process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant independent dispute resolution service specified in your jurisdiction of residence, subject to the eligibility criteria of that service. as777's final internal decision on betting disputes — including market voidings, settlement corrections, and wager cancellations — is binding unless overturned by a recognised adjudicating authority.
